Amendment to [Section 2.6]. The following is added to the end of the table which follows the first paragraph of [Section 2.6] of the License Agreement:

Amendment to [Section 2.3(b)] (Gritstone Analysis of Tissue Types of Interest). [Section 2.3(b)] is modified by increasing the tumor samples for MS analysis by 50 for a total of 350 tumor samples.

Amendment to [Section 2.5.4(a)]. [Section 2.5.4(a)] of the Agreement shall be revised to read in its entirety as follows: “(a) approve the New MPR in accordance with and subject to [Section 3.4.2];”

Amendment to [Section 2.12] (Fees). [Section 2.12] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the second sentence of clause (c) thereof in its entirety and substituting the following in lieu thereof:

Amendment to [Section 2.14] (Inability to Determine Interest Rates). [Section 2.14] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting clause (a) thereof in its entirety and substituting the following in lieu thereof:

Amendment to [Section 2.1(b)]. [Section 2.1(b)] of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to [Section 2.7.3] of the Credit Agreement. [Section 2.7.3] [Notices From Lenders That Optional Currencies Are Unavailable to Fund Renewals of the Euro-Rate Option] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in full to read as follows:

Amendment to [Section 2.3(b)] (Gritstone Analysis of Tissue Types of Interest). [Section 2.3(b)] is modified by extending the Tissue Analysis Period to December 31, 2021.

Amendment to [Section 2.07(a)]. [Section 2.07(a)] is hereby amended and restated to read as follows:

Amendment to [Section 2.4.1] of the Credit Agreement. [Section 2.4.1] [Revolving Credit Loan Requests; Term Loan Requests] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in full to read as follows:
